From just £3 — the price of a coffee — you could enter the prize draw for a chance to win a fully renovated home, designed by you (the UK public) via weekly Instagram polls, the first of which is hosted by TV personality Jeff Brazier.

The rest of Stuart's celebrity friends, including Scarlette Douglas (Stuart’s sister and TV property expert), Adebayo Akinfenwa, Stevo the Madman, Scott DIY and Natalie Bower, will be hosting the other weekly Instagram polls.

Each week, you’ll vote in our fun “Choose-day Polls” on social media — deciding everything from kitchen colours to garden styles.

Your votes will bring the dream home to life, and when it’s complete, one lucky winner will be selected at random and get the keys.

This isn’t just a property — it’s a mortgage-free home for the winner, designed by the public. A two-bedroom ground-floor home set within a detached building, complete with a private rear garden, located in Bournemouth just moments from the beach, with an approximate market value of £350,000.

Stuart will be announcing the winner live on stage at the Ideal Home Show London on 19th April 2026.

Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) payable on the transfer will be paid by the Promoter.
